Nuestro equipo sigue creciendo y actualmente necesitamos un ANALISTA DE SERVICE DESK para uno de nuestros clientes más importantes de Estados Unidos.
Funciones principales:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either by chat or over the phone.
- Respond end users asking for help through our ticketing system.
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), and other systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Write training manuals.
Los requisitos para esta posición son:
- Graduated or in the last semesters from a Technical Institute or University on Telecommunications, Systems, Electronics or other IT related careers.
- Basic knowledge in Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge on network troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting software for end users. (Installing, removing, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking commands: ping, ipconfig, route, etc.
- Advanced English skills
