Qualifications:
- Professional with degree in Industrial Engineering, administration or related field
- Postgraduate studies in Human Resoruces
- Solid experience managing payroll process and generally in HR processes.
- International payroll knowledge or work experience in a international company is preferred
- Advanced english (conversation, reading and writing)
Funtions:
- Prepare client requirements specifications.
- Provided accurate, well-written project documentation
- Present and provide design documents to the development, provide technical specifications, QA test plans, status reports and timeline estimates.
- Analysis of business process and tabulating it to a module design
- Provide end-to-end process from scoping of the project to delivery to client a Prepare delivery plan
- Prepare the user manual, FAQs and any other documentation related to the Modules
- Prepare and maintain management presentations
- Perform Gap analysis to identify the deficiencies in the system by comparing the actual objectives with the system objectives desired.
