Inland Trainee 2018 is a program by APM Terminals Inland Services PERU that allow university students to apply all their own experience and knowledge through 3 projects for our 3 respective business areas: Trucking, Operations and Sales&Customer Service. As an Inland Trainee, you can get support from your Manager who is also your tutor during each station (6 months each station) and also a Mentor from HR. It's a great opportunity to show and demonstrate your ideas in a global and high-end logistic company.
Key Responsabilities:
– Identify, Propuse, Implement and Manage projects to improve each area of APMT Inland Services. – Coordinate with managers and supervisor about improvement areas that can be implemented.
– Follow Up of KPIS from areas – Assist manager in different ad hoc tasks during the program.
We are looking for:
Minimum University Students in Business Administration and Industrial Engineering (8th – 9th Cycle)
Minimum three-months experience in diferent positions.
Requires good verbal and written communications skills, in English Effective interpersonal skills
Requires excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data
Desire to be able to exercise discretion and good judgment and handle confidential company information
Commitment and responsability to perform outstanding during the Trainee Program.
