We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to support our computer systems and users.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in computer technical support and network administration
- Experience managing a help desk team
- Advanced level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
- Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field
- Strong understanding of VPN, IIS, DMZ
- Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers, firewalls, and switches
- Experience with voice over IP technologies
Duties:
- Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform
- Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
- Monitoring network and systems to improve performance
- Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
- Manage team of 5-7 full time and part time technicians to perform level 1 support for over 100 users in multiple offices
- Perform level 2 and 3 support
- Support for CRM system
