We are hiring a IT manager experience to support its computer systems and users. Otte Polo Group is looking for the following qualifications:
· Native speaking English required – being fluent in the language
· Minimum 3 years of experience
· Advanced level of English- writing, reading and speaking
· Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field
· Advanced knowledge of Windows Platforms
· Strong understanding of VPN, IIS, DMZ
· Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers, firewalls and switches
· Experience with voice over IP technologies
· Experience working with inventories
Duties:
• Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform
• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
• Monitoring network and systems to improve performance
• Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
• Manage team of 5-7 full time and part time technicians to perform level 1 support for over 100 users in multiple offices
• Perform level 2 and 3 support
• Support for CRM system
