Job Brief:
we are loking for Call Reps that will be the conection between our company and its current and potencial customers. the ideal candidate will perform inbound or outbond calls folowing scripts when handling different topics , identifying customer's needs, clarify information , making appointments , provide solutions and/or alternatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Native English Speaker and / or Bilingual Speaker (Spanish and English) IS A MUST!
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
– Customer focus and adaptability to diferent personality types
– English Fluency Required.
“Native English” + “English Fluency” = you have lived or studied in an English-speaking country, and/or can read, write, and comprehend quickly, comfortably, and with proper spelling and grammar.
– Basic Computer knowledge required (Windows, Office).
– Must work well within a team
