Position: Project Procurement Manager in Telecom field 
Responsibilities: (main in network deployment services in telecom field)

Provide effective support for project teams to complete the project delivery target throughout the project’s lifecycle, to help project teams resolve difficulties and carries out subcontractor management.

• Facilitate the communication between project teams and subcontractors, including delivery plan, resource plan, resource fulfillment and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage subcontractors to fulfill the resource plan and assure delivery as scheduled.
• Supervise project status and support to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Organize subcontractor management meeting to present project status and get support.  

Qualifications & Experience Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electric engineering, construction or relevant major.
• At least 5 years’ experiences in telecom industry or at least 3 years’ experience in Fiber project (Outside Plan, Fiber to Home, Fiber to Office etc.,)
• At least 2 years’ experience in field operation management (supervisor, quality manager, team leader etc.,) of Fiber project.
• Fluently in English communication is mandatory.
• Experience with permission application with local authorities is preferred.
• Proactive working attitude, accountable for personal output, high team work spirit and collaboration with different departments.
• Target driven, able to work independently.
