We are looking for talented and reliable customer service agents to take phone calls from our prospective clients and develop within our rapidly expanding Miraflores based office.
Job Description
- Coaching Sales agents on quality and procedural issues
- Creating and analyzing Excel Spreadsheets and Reports
- Tracking and forecasting KPIs for a team of sales agents
- Recognizing areas of opportunity and training needs
- Speaking with existing clients over the telephone
- Reporting to the Sales Manager
- Full-Time (48 hours/Week), planilla
Skills & Requirements
- Basic Excel skills/knowledge
- Responsible and mature working attitude
- Schedule flexibility
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
- Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles
- Scheduling work hours and shifts
- Providing real-time feedback on worker performance
- Assisting in resolving emergencies. For example, a quality or a customer problem may be escalated to the team supervisor for handling
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism.
- Live call monitoring
- Case Investigations
- Goal setting and goal evaluations
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may arise
Compensation
- Competitive base salary in line with current market value
- EPS Health Insurance contributions (optional)
- Up to an additional S/.700 Bonus, based on performance
