Multinational company located in Miraflores, Lima, is looking for an Accounting Assistant. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting degree
- 2+ year experience in the accounting/finance department, auditing experience is a plus.
- Experience in A/P procedures, provisions, adjusting entries, expense analysis & other account analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
- Fully bilingual English/Spanish (advanced)
- Knowledge of accrual basis accounting
- Organize and maintain financial records
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter information into accounting software
- Perform bank and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Provisions, adjusting entries, and expense analysis
- Account analysis of the Financial Statements and monthly reporting
- Perform other duties as assign by management
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary in line with current market value
- EPS Health Insurance contributions (optional)
