An important Call Center group is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements:
• Technical studies or university studies
• 3 years experience leading teams in call center: team leader, coordinators (preferably e-commerce).
• Advanced level English (category C1)
Functions:
• Maintain profitability, team motivation, team and customer satisfaction as well as quality of service.
• Experience leading large work teams.
• Design action plans and propose improvements in cargo service.
• Participant in the monitoring calibrations with the Quality team and contracting client
