We are hiring a highly motivated, team player to join our team as a CALL CENTER RECRUITMENT AGENT to support our growing offices.
• Candidate Sourcing/Generation (Job Board posting)
• Candidate Pipeline/funnel to management
• Pre-close candidates and negotiate benefits of the position
• Conduct background and reference checks
• Create and maintain a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues.
• Maintain a positive and active attitude, offering unique and creative approaches to finding the best people
• Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify your process
• Compile weekly reports for presentation to your manager
• Assist with various HR related duties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native level English (American pronunciation is a must)
• At least 1 year of Recruitment, management and/or HR experience in call centers
• Knowledge of CRM applications
• Excellent customer service skills and candidate management
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable)
• Full time, 48 hours/week contract with payroll benefits
• Competitive base salary in line with the current market
