Se necesita Customer Service Agent



Main responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers with chat and email inquiries about order status, payments, refunds and site & dashboard operation, as well as provide information about the client's products and services
  • Maintain customer database by making updates to the data.
  • Encourage customers to purchase additional products.
  • Understand customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling.
  • Serve as a liaison between Customers and other departments to communicate information.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months experience in customer serivce or related fields
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent English skills
  • Prior Corporate knowledge or paralegal experience is preferred
