We are looking for a professional of SEO who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and will contribute to amazing creative work. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and help shape our brands. We are looking for a talented team player with a positive and fun attitude towards work.
The candidate will work closely with the Director of Marketing to lead, create, manage, control, and execute marketing plans, all with an effort to increase lead generation and strengthen the companies brand awareness. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop Marketing Strategy for new markets to increase awareness, acceptability, and loyalty from consumers to the brand
• Develop Marketing Calendar and execution of all advertising and communications for lead generation campaigns including email, digital, social media, and direct mail
• Designing and implementing social media and other marketing strategies to align with business goals
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to the team in order to stay relevant in a competitive industry
• Creating professional video content that can be used across multiple platforms
• Oversee and maintain all social media accounts
• Review complex marketing processes to identify and implement efficiencies
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Director to develop strategy for all marketing efforts, including SEO and SEM, email marketing, print, direct mail and social media strategy and content
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to lead, create, manage, control, and execute marketing plans
• Lead multiple projects from ideation to execution, ensuring all key stakeholders are aligned around objectives, milestones, and deadlines.
• Seek out PR opportunity such as brand mention or link placement across related industry sites. 
• Maintain website integrity and vitality ensure all information is up to date, suggest and implement new utility or pages to use the website to better educate our customers.

Qualifications

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Working knowledge of Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing
o Knowledge and experience using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Search Engine Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Microsoft Advertising and 
o Experience using email marketing platforms such as constant contact, Icontact etc, highly desirable. Experience running email marketing campaigns, highly desirable. 
o Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and best practices. 
o Understanding of Social Media management and marketing. 
• Strong leadership/management skills
• Proficient with MS Excel, Power point
• Proven experienced in creating digital and print marketing materials
• Experience in managing and growing corporate social media account
• Great with creating and keeping brand team relationships
• Desire and ability to wear multiple hats and work in fast paced environment with short deadlines and a high rate of change.
• Proven success with strategic planning and implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Detail oriented and highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results both independently and as a part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to identify process opportunities and implement new creative process where needed.
