This is a pivotal role within the project delivery team which focuses on delivery excellence. The role connects implementation activities, project management as well as requirement engineering by ensuring clear requirement capture, designing a solution using HICX capabilities, sharing product development opportunities with product management, project managing implementations, and supporting customer adoption.
You will lead by example in ensuring customer satisfaction through understanding what represents value to each client, by delivering projects on-time, and championing quality. This role demands a high level of professionalism, commercial awareness, personal drive, and technical ability.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject management of implementation and configuration activities
- Prepare and lead customer meetings and workshops to understand and agree requirements
- Ensure delivery of new requirements on time and within budget goals
- Configure the system in accordance to the requirements of the customer
- Provide input to product roadmap to champion customer feature requests
- Document customer deployment details and requirements
- Execute customer trainings on how to use their system
- Build and drive implementation methodology
- Continually improve project collateral library
- Provide customer with a great system implementation experience
Transition of customer to account management
- Ensure a smooth transition of the customer to account management
- Document learnings throughout the implementation process for support team and account management
As an implementation manager you own the operational relationship to the customer until the go-live of the system.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are required
- Eager to learn new things, including technical concepts
- Attention to details and creativity on how processes could be improved as well as business requirements could be met
- Good team player and ability to exchange information and support with coworkers
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma is a plus
