Our customer, important Telecommunication Company, requires 01 Accounting trainee, who belongs to the last cycles in order to support Compensation cost duties inside Human Resources area. To have a trainee role involves the following duties:
- To collect, analyze and update compensation cost on a monthly basis.
- Control data for accuracy, appropriateness and documentation, research and analyze discrepancies and processes appropriate corrections; to ensure the accuracy of compensation codes.
- Maintain a database to organize, collect and retrieve data into required reporting formats.
- Maintain mandated documents as required according to internal policies.
- Assist staff in interpreting rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Answer inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Support management and other human resource issues.
Main requirements:
- Student from 9th cycle in Accounting.
- At least 6 months in Compensation or Payroll process into Human resources area.
- Knowledge of Peruvian labor law and tax law.
- Handle MS Office at Advanced level (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlooks tool.
- Advanced English level.
- Service attitude and teamwork.
- Result-oriented and high commitment to performance goals.
- Oriented to details and data analysis and management.
- Immediate availability.
