Huawei Peru, leading in Information Technology and Telecom Industry, requires Law students since 8th cycle willing to work in an Internship/ Trainee role for Legal Affairs Dept. This position is responsible to:
- Support non-disclosure agreement review and contract comparison.
- Maintain Power of Attorney duly updated.
- Analyze laws and prepare reports.
- Follow up legal procedures (claims, lawsuits, etc.).
- Support legal queries from internal departments.
- Review sales and service contracts with suppliers.
- Assist Admin Dpt. and PQD on contracts.
- Review daily laws and make report of the relevant ones
- Draft Shareholders meetings and follow up it correct registration on SUNARP.
Requirements:
- Law school students since 8th cycle.
- Minimum experience of 6 months experience in law firms or multinational companies.
- Previous background in Corporate, Civil, Labor and Administrative Law is desirable.
- Fluent English spoken and writing is mandatory.
- High Advance Microsoft Office (MS Power Point, MS Excel and familiar with formulas) and Outlook knowledge.
- Ability to solve problems, quick thinking and learning.
- High sense of responsibility and order.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure, handle time schedule according business needs.
- Adaptable and bring openness to multicultural environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
