JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in orderto maximize efficiency and productivity.

Total Sales Stock.
-
Manage, planning and control of all warehousing.
-
To process and deliver all the customer's (external and internal) orders.
-
Management of all communications about the status of orders. Including delivery time, shipment
planning, transport costs, etc.

To manage all the imports and exports of goods from the factories to their final destination.
-
Control local freight costs from customs to the end user.

To control all the Company's stocks in all the different warehouses
-
To ensure cycle counting stock to maintain adequate accuracy per factory requirements.

To control the landed cost factors with at least one annual revision and coordination with all
Divisions.

To manage and develop the assigned people in the import-export department and in the warehouse.

Create and follow up on development plan for next level managers.

To provide necessary KPI reports to different Business Areas and KPl's
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-
Extensive experience in forecasting and planning on international companies, managing at least 50M USD$

A proven track record in leadership and managing large groups of people.

Strong knowledge of Financial Statements.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar.
MBA or Masters’ degree is advantageous.
