We are looking for Call Reps that will be the connection between our company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will perform inbound or outbound calls following scripts when handling different topics , identifying customer's needs, clarify information , making appointments, provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Great Work environment, steady work hours and full time positions available. REQUIREMENTS: Native English Speaker and/or Bilingual Speaker (Spanish and English) IS A MUST! Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, English Fluency Required “Native English” + “English Fluency” = you have lived or studied in an English-speaking country, and/or can read, write, and comprehend quickly, comfortably, and with proper spelling and grammar.
