Our client is a german technology leader in process equipment. Their products have a reputtion for extremely high performance and reliability, and handle key functions in many industries.
Tasks:
-Fulfill regional targets (sales and profit) according to planning and strategy of the subsidiary.
-Develop and optimize all regional business acctivities with coverage of entire sales and service portfolio.
-Strengthen subsidiary's competitive positioning within the region and increase market success,, by. e.g. optimizing market approach and operations with regards to regional requirements.
-Development and Implementation of Market strategy
Development of strategies and concepts according to the corporate strategy to increase market success in the respective region for sales and service.
-Implementation of the strategic roadmaps and participation inshaping the roadmaps by introdcing regional objectives.
– Budget and medium-term planning for the company.
– Discussion and coordination of budget planning with the business unit & global management.
– Definition of necessary framework conditions including resources for the succesful implementation of the strategies.
– Developing new or slighty tapped markets.
Requirements:
– inmmediate availabitiy
-10 years of experience
– Bachelor degree and/or master degree in business administration or engineering
– Strategic mindset&long term vision capabilities
– Capable of problem solving, decision making and failure analysis.
-Knowledge in business administration
-Excellent markeing skills and business sense for achieving results.
– Strong negotiation skills and knowledge in contrac management.
– Fluent in spanish and english (speaking and writing)
– Experience in the machine building industry is preferred.
-Deep understanding of the North-European / North-American mentality
– Strong personality and high level of team building skills and social competence.
– Track record in growing sales structures and efficient management of corporate organizations.
Output & Deliverables:
– Operative achivements for objectives (orders, turnover, growth) market share and financial figures (EBIT, cash flow, etc) which are defined by headquarter/business unit.
– Optimal customer handling of all business processes.
– Compliance with corporate rules and standards.
