En Aynitech S.A.C. nos encontramos en crecimiento constante, por tal motivo necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de trabajo un NETWORK OPERATION CENTER. Esta oportunidad es para laborar con uno de nuestros clientes más grandes e importantes de Estados Unidos.
Requisitos:
- Knowledgeable and experienced in areas regarding incident and change management processes.
- Server experience (Linux is a big plus)
- Understands configuration of networks, systems, protocols and management tools: WAN, LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Knows networking commands such as ping, ipconfig, route, etc.
- Knowledge of a scripting language is a bonus.
- Absolute fluency in English with advanced writing, speaking and listening skills
Funciones:
- Perform detailed triage, troubleshooting and analysis for all reported issues, originating from both monitoring systems and/or other teams/internal users
- Rapidly respond to alerts and escalate issues as required with detailed and thorough documentation.
- Assist in coordination of multiple teams to maximize utilization and improve communication.
- Manage internal & external Incident notifications, providing written and verbal updates in a timely and consistent manner.
- Track all planned and unplanned high priority or critical system/application outages.
- Oversee and participate in network monitoring and maintenance with support teams; ensure customers are informed of maintenance activities and confirm service restoration after completion of maintenance.
