We are Proximity, a Software Development Company. Our main operation is based in San Jose, Costa Rica, and we have a second delivery center in Lima, Peru. We focus on providing specialized outsourcing technology services to clients in the USA and Canada.
Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to be part of our Peru team. This is a very good opportunity to learn and grow as a professional in an amazing people-oriented organizational culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support in the different internal office services.
- Office supplies purchases
- Solving the different needs regarding operations and employees
- To manage services contractors
- Ensure safety standards and adequate conditions at Proximity facilities.
- Ensure quality on supplies and other internal services for collaborators to provide a suitable environment
- Coordinate and execute different activities at the office.
- Provide support in other administrative and operational projects.
- Provide support to Operations Management and the People Success Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or similar careers.
- At least one year of experience working on similar positions.
- A very organized and responsible person.
- B1 English Language level.
- Excel intermediate level
- Negotiations Skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge is a nice to have.
