Se necesita Pre Sales Engineer



You will be responsible for supporting sales management and customers in establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the field of DWDM – GPON products willing to improve more telecom solutions



  • Presale support including bidding, network design, proposal, pre-sale testing support etc.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys on corresponding products
  • Promote full range of ZTE  solutions to defined customers. Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations.
  • Ensure ZTE solution complies with local specifications by draft spec review and discussion with customer
  • Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.
  • Competitor's technology analysis and product benchmarking
  • Technical presales support to sales management including network design, proposal drafting and pre-sale testing support, among others.


  1. University or technical institute graduate in the field of Telecommunication Engineering very familiar with DWDM or GPON products
  2. Strong telecom technical background and Presentation and communication skill.
  3. Telecom Engineer with at least 3 years experienced in the telecommunications industry
  4. Good knowledge and understanding of the related Operators accounts 
  5. Good project management skills, proven track record of business development with Sales management.
  6. Good interpersonal skills and ability to succeed in an ever changing environment
  7. Good networking and relationship management skills, target driven and results focused.
  8. Highly flexible, cooperative, teamwork, proactive, organized and effective time management
  9. Fluent English is mandatory
