We are looking for a professional in Telecommunication Engineering to perform a sales support role inside technical solution sales team. Product Configuration Engineer in responsible for:
- Monitor the application for contract modifications related to wrong configuration of our equipment or wrong elementary information, coordinate with marketing solution team.
- Catalog subsidiary contracts, frame contracts, loan contracts according the business requirements.
- Registration and follow up purchases orders.
- To attend any requirements from product solution sales team.
Background & Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
- One year experience in roles as support in sales engineer, project engineering sales, manage experience in bids and contract procedures with local operators or service providers.
- Good Understanding about telecommunication market mainly in its products and solution business.
- Elementary knowledge about Huawei Wireless & Energy products.
- Proficient communication level in English (spoken and writing) is mandatory.
- Handle in MS office (Advanced level), Outlook tools. Handle ERP system is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understand and bring openness to different cultures.
- Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure is a must.
- Adaptability to new roles or challenging duties, self-learning attitude.
