Leading Telecom Device Company, requires a Retail Store Coordinator, who is in charge to:

• Store operation and management, including field force management, product portfolio management, store point of sales inventory management, retail resource management.
• Sellout management, target setting, daily weekly and monthly sellout performance review.
• Sell in management, price and margin management.
• BTL events and roadshow management, seasonal promotion activities, display and POP management.
• Customer training activities: develop customer care projects, training projects to enhance brand recognition.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or other related to the business.
• More than 3 years’ experience in consumer industry. Familiar with telecom devices environment and knowledge of local market brands.
• Experience with Retail Store Management will be valued.
• Upper- Intermediate to Advance level (mandatory) English Level.
• Good understanding of sales flow, from sell in to sell out.
• Understand customer behavior and attain methodology of customer insight.
• Strategic planning, Sales and Retail local management.
• Problem solving, Planning execution and Project management.
• Leadership, Relationships Building and Customer Focus Oriented.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure that directives are clear and easy to understand.
• Analytical and KPI Achievement Orientation.
• Ability to project and manage several initiatives at once.
