  Responsible for commercial teams management: Business Consultant, Telesales and other entities as required. 

2.      Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas per sales executive and product. Implements sales operations metrics.

3.      Active usage of Salesforce.com to grow the business. Implement methodology to increase prospect pool (pipeline) by segmenting market by target industries and geographical area.  Follow-up prospecting contacts with each sales representative in order to conclude results.

4.      Responsible for full cycle of the sales: pre/sales/post.

5.      Responsible for achieving the sales plan and revenue in Peru.

6.      Prospect and closing of new customers. Keep the current clients with sales increase.

7.      Management & monitoring of the sales employees activities (forecast, visits) by developing field sales action plan and sales operational requirements and following up on work results.

8.      Train sales staff as well as coaching them; plan, monitor and appraise their job results. Establish effective communication lines by defining priorities and giving direction to the sales teams.

9.      Hability to create local partnerships and alliances with other areas of the business.

  1. Keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  2. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  3. Liaise with Marketing team to implement strategy to increase sales

 

1.      BA or BS degree.

2.      Experience of 8-10 years in B2B sales and management.

3.      Proven experience in succefully sales team management.

4.      Proven experience in developing trusted customer relationships.

5.      Proven experience in high growth sales.

6.      Leadership, goal-oriented, strategic thinking, work independently, negotiation skills, stress management and self-motivated.

7.      Good knowledge of verbal and written communication as well an interpersonal relationships

8.      English fluent speaking and writing mandatory.
