We are hiring an experienced Senior IT Help Desk with high skills in networking administration to support our computer systems and users. 



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer technical support and network administration
  • Experience managing a help desk team
  • Adavanced/Native level of English- writing, reading, and speaking
  • Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field
  • Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers, firewalls, VPNs, and switches
  • Experience with VOIP technologies  



  • Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems
  • Monitoring network and systems to improve performance
  • Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams
  • Manage team of 5-7 full time and part time technicians to perform level 1 support for over 250 users in multiple offices
  • Perform level 2 and 3 support
  • Support for CRM system
  • Support various 3rd party systems and software
