Supervisor of safety at work KOONSULT – Lima , Lima

Functions: – Maintain updated IPER matrices of all processes, ensuring that the respective revisions and modifications are made to the changes in the processes. – Prepare preliminary reports on incidents, occupational diseases (together with the OM) as well as environmental incidents identifying the causes and immediate actions. – Follow up on the safety findings of work shifts, through supervision, inspection activities or those that arise from the incidents that occurred during their shifts. The supervision and inspection includes all the activities carried out by our own or third party personnel in our facilities. The inspections are related but are not limited to: Ship operation, Maintenance, Facilities, Transit, Fatal-5, Contractors, occupational agents such as: Lighting, noise, vibration, etc. – Attend and prepare information for authorities such as APN, DICAPI, Ministry of Labor, DIRESA, INDECI, etc) before any issue related to health and safety at work (audits, inspections, labor lawsuits, summary investigations, etc.) – Audit and document the safety, health and environmental programs, procedures and corrective actions implemented making recommendations for continuous improvement. – Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and systems, standards and guidelines on HSSEQ to provide a safe and secure business operation, free of accidents. Likewise, apply the Internal Labor Regulations and the Code of Conduct during the performance of the functions, know the Quality, Safety and Environment Policy, know its aspects and Environmental Impact.   Requirements: – Bachelor of Engineering. – Advanced English level. – Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy industries. – 3 years experience in the position. – Knowledge of Fire Extinguisher Management, Incident Investigation and Legislation on Safety and Health at Work   – Certification in the Trinorma. – Availability to work in Callao, rotating schedules
