Job description:

 

·         Bachelor´s degree in Organizational Psychology.

 

·         Advanced level of English (Indispensable).

 

·         Intermediate level of MsOffice (Indispensable).

 

·         Experience managing online tests and strategical networking.

 

·         Minimum 05 years of experience in similar positions and leading talent acquisition processes.

 

Job activities:

 

·         Co design with the HR Manager the strategy to attract administrative and operative staff.

 

·         Guarantee the continuous update of the job descriptions for each position of the company.

 

·         Design and propose recruitment strategies making use of the employer brand and establishing partnerships with institutions to attract qualified personnel for vacant positions.

 

·         Execute the recruitment, evaluation and selection process according to a competence-based management model.

 

·         Calculate and analyze management indicators; and later, present weekly results.
