Relevant company in ICT market requires professionals in Commercial Trade and Contracts for a position as Commercial Manager. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Ensure contracting and commercial works (including ordering and billing) be executed to meet commercial and operating objectives of business areas.
• Review and provide negotiation support for presales contract to ensure contract clauses are supportive of project delivery and implementation.
• Work closely with Project Management and Commercial areas to provide contract support in particular for those areas related to scope of work / risk / payment terms/ acceptance/ warranty or other critical clauses impacting project implementation.
• Monitor project fulfillment status and managing contract risks, formulate risk avoidance or mitigation strategy and guarantee contract commercial quality and profitability.
• Manage contract closure. Manage project ordering and billing, and provide negotiation support and proactively resolve any order and billing problems. 

Professional background: 

• Professional degree in Law, Business administration, International trade or other relevant major.
• More than 5 years working experience in commercial negotiation, contract corporate business management and bidding in large or mid-sized enterprises. Knowledge in contract and commercial law into ICT equipment and services, general practice in the industry market and good sense of commercial judgment.
• Experience with major international ICT or telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Major knowledge International Commercial Law or International trade.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to communicate with all levels of senior management.
• Must have initiative and result-oriented.
  Self-initiative with a spirit of work coordination competency.
