Responsibilities

1. Responsible for on-boarding process for new employees;

2. Manage the payroll/AFP and Tax declaration in SUNAT;

3. Help to finish recruitment work.

Requirement

1) More than 3 years experience in payroll and recruitment;

2) Know very well peruvian labor law and remuneration and benefits;

3) Know well local tax calculation and social contributions

4) Can speak fluent English as work language.
