2+ years of experience recruiting bilingual IT professionals.
Advanced spoken English.
Is able to present a lineup of candidates within 48 hours
Is able to handle multiple recruitment processes at the same time
Being able to meet metrics
Can help in the onboarding process of new talents to the company
Other tasks required by supervisor
University degree in: Psychology, Engineering, business administration, etc.
Soft skills: communication at all levels, empathy, being able to work presential or remotely
Have a personal laptop with good access to internet
