Collection Analyst Huawei del Perú – San Isidro , Lima

We are looking for a professional to perform a position as Collection Analyst. This role is responsible for the collection process and reach target (monthly, quarter and yearly) assigned by platform area. As daily work is in charge to: 

• Communicate with clients to build a strong working relationship.
• Propose paying solutions to customers while coordinating with banks.
• Follow up on client’s invoice registration process.
• Assist with several internal reports about the progress of the area.
• Analyze financial statements.
• Coordinate activities with different areas to accelerate the collection process.    

Profile required:    

• Bachelor’s degree, majors related to Economics, Finance, Management, Accounting, Business.
• Over 1 year of work experience in management or transaction management, collection or billing.
• Salesforce experience is preferred. 
• Familiar with accounting software, invoicing procedure and terms.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Handle MS office and outlook tool.
• Advanced English level is mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Quick thinking & ability to analyze-solve problems.
• Open to learn how to take up new responsibilities.
• Goal-oriented and be able to work under pressure.
• Maintain confidentiality in a professional environment.
• Good command in Chinese language is desirable.
