Main responsibilities:
- Assist Customers with chat and email inquiries about order status, payments, refunds and site & dashboard operation, as well as provide information about the client's products and services
- Maintain customer database by making updates to the data.
- Encourage customers to purchase additional products.
- Understand customers’ needs with strong objection/response handling.
- Serve as a liaison between Customers and other departments to communicate information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in customer serivce or related fields
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English skills
- Prior Corporate knowledge or paralegal experience is preferred
