Responsibilities

1) Seeking sources and help finish certification of subcontractors and suppliers to close procurement bidding;

2) Responsible for contract implementation in provinces (including telecommunication service subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.);

3) Responsible for contract progress and quality control;

4) Evaluating the performance and managing those suppliers;

5) Daily communication and reporting work. 

Requirement

1) More than 3 years experience in management of subcontractors and materials suppliers in Peru's local telecommunications;

2) Having ever worked with Fitel projects and know the process and negociation methods,

3) Understand the relevant knowledge of Peruvian telecommunication engineering construction specifications and project budget;

4) Familiar with the knowledge of local contract business management and contract fulfillment in Peru;

5) Fluent in English. "
