Huawei Peru requires a Trainee inside Human Resources area, who will be responsible for VISA end-to-end procedure and the following activities among the internship time:
- Support in the management of visa procedures.
- Follow-up of daily procedure and status.
- Document management of internal documents.
- Database control.
- Other activities or requirements of the HR Management
We require:
- Student since 9th cycle of Fresh graduate in Administration, Business, Management, Human Resources or related.
- At least 06 months in database management, procedures and administrative support in Human Resources is preferred.
- Fluent English communication (spoken/ written / comprehension) is mandatory.
- Proven Mandarin Chinese communication level (spoken / written / comprehension) will be a plus.
- High Advance Microsoft Office and Outlook management.
- Strong communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Agile learning, teamwork and commitment to results.
- Organizing Work and Documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain clear focus under pressure is a must.
- Hold a sense of urgency to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
- Able to perform 30 hours as student or 40hrs, as fresh graduated.
