A leading and International company looking for Head of IT (Peru country)
The role:
Managment all HelpDesk IT staff in their day-to-day activities
Plan and implement additions, deletions and major modifications to supporting.
Work with the business to develop and manage agreed upon SLA's for the services IT supports
Evaluate software vendors and solutions
Evaluating business needs and directing the infrastructure to meet those needs
Collaborate with the IT team to produce business-focused architecture & solution design, development & delivery
The Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science
Fluency in English
Experience and Qualities:
5-8 years of:
IT technical support and infrastructure experience
Experience managing IT infrastructure and support
Practical server and networking experience
Experience with network design and troubleshooting principles
Deep understanding of IT frameworks such as ITIL
Experience implementing an IT framework such as ITIL
