We are looking for a Learning Service Engineer to be responsible for managing the development of customer’s training solutions in local market. This role will include building marketing & sales strategies and the delivery of action plans. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Make quotations, cost (GP) and proposals of training.
• Visit customers to find the request of training and present to the client the value of training proposals.
• Prepare and evaluate the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process, contributing to the written proposal, both in terms of content and presentation.
• To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.  

Professional Background: 

• Bachelor´s degree in Telecommunication Eng., Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or proven experience in ICT.
• More than 3 years of experience in similar duties as Services, Technology Services & Sales, Learning technology Trainer or positions related in ICT or Telecom field.
• Technical background in Network, IT solutions and services experience. 
• Knowledge of commercial processes.
• Fluent communication and comprehension in English (Excluding)
• Proficient negotiation & communication skills and good service attitude.
• Achievement & result oriented. Ability to manage complex, multi-work stream opportunities.
• Open understanding to different cultures.
