Network Administrator Otte Polo – Miraflores , Lima

Otte Polo Group is a fast-growing, multinational company with two lines of business; one in computer service and repair and the other providing telephone answering service and call center outsourcing for businesses, both offering service nationally from offices in Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Peru, and Nicaragua.

We are hiring a Network Administrator with IT management experience to support its computer systems and users. Otte Polo Group is looking for with the following qualifications: 

·        Native speaking English required – being fluent in the language

·        Minimum 3 years of experience 

·        Advanced level of English- writing, reading and speaking 

·        Degree or certification in IT, MIS, Computer Engineering or similar field

·        Advanced knowledge of Windows Platforms 

·        Strong understanding of VPN, IIS, DMZ 

·        Experience with Network Infrastructure and configuration of routers, firewalls and switches 

·        Experience with voice over IP technologies 

·        Experience working with inventories 

Duties:

• Installing network and computer systems on Windows platform

• Diagnosing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading network and computer systems

• Monitoring network and systems to improve performance

• Maintain and update documentation such as IT inventories and network diagrams

• Manage team of 5-7 full time and part time technicians to perform level 1 support for over 100 users in multiple offices

• Perform level 2 and 3 support

• Support for CRM system
