Se necesita Project Accountant
Para:
CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD SUCURSAL DEL PERU
CHINA RAILWAY TUNNEL GROUP CO., LTD SUCURSAL DEL PERÚ is looking for a new talent:
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate month-end close and quarter close activities.
- Review and update end of month journal entries and intercompany charges.
- Perform trial balance account analysis and reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable.
- Resolve accounts payables issues with vendors.
- Maintain notice to owner bussines.
- Process, code, and enter invoices and subcontract requests for payments.
- Prepare and documents items required for subcontract payments release.
- prepare release of lien and release of claim as required, subcontract SUNAT.
- Prepare and submmit the income tax monthly and yearly, PDT PLAME and others.
- Allocate third party vendor invoices.
- Maintain and register the general entries, expenses, accruals, etc.
- Prepare the Financial statements.
- Manage cash activities.
- Prepare petty cash and banks reconciliations.
- Monitor preconstruction/bid job costs and bill as appropiate.
- Submmit the accountings books PLE SUNAT and Among others.
Other requirements:
- Accountant General, with register in CPC
- Minimum five (5) year's hands on accounting experience
- Experience in project accounting.
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex data and issues and proactively develop solutions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must.
