 On behalf of our client, an important transnational company, we are searching a Senior Talent Attraction Analyst:

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor in Administration, Engineering and / or related.
  • Specialization in HR and / or equivalent (Indispensable).
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in the area of HR, being working for the last 3 years as Senior Analyst, Generalist or Responsible.
  • Experience in some of the following sectors: Engineering, specialized services, hydrocarbons, Big Four and related.
  • Have knowledge in selection, training, talent development and compensation.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Excel proficiency at an advanced level.

Functions:

  • Lead change processes and organizational innovation, identify areas for improvement and possible automatable processes.
  • Give feedback quickly and efficiently to the management of Human Resources processes.
  • Give support to the employees.  For this, they must know all the people they manage, as well as identify their skills, abilities and how they can contribute to achieve the objectives of the company.
  • Identify the talent of the organization and manage the development of people with high potential.
  • Collaborate in the process of performance evaluation from a perspective of continuous improvement.
  • Design training and functional development programs in collaboration with specialists proactively anticipating the needs of employees.
  • Implement Change Management workshops and workshops for leaders.
  • Design succession plans for talented people and key jobs.
