Se necesita SIte Acquisition Specialist

Functions:
1. Management and follow-up of the personnel of the region on the progress of the work in the search area (improve and streamline the development of the work assigned to the region and by the subcontractor)
2. Review of the information received from the region in charge for validation of the sites (to specify the acquisition of properties)
3. Supervision of the search and acquisition process of the sites (improve the process and optimize times).
4. review of the information request processes to the municipalities (optimize and improve times).
5. Project compliance with deadlines on project deliverables (improve the times to obtain a better result).
6. Closure of the negotiation with the possible candidates (improve negotiations and prices of purchase and usufruct)
7. Follow-up and training meetings (answer the observations and doubts of the staff and subcontracts)
8. Revision, projection and drafting of contracts of purchase usufruct, servitude, donation
9. Management of dynamic monitoring tables (Manage and optimize the tracking of the allocation of the sites)
Requirements:
1. Lawyer with 3 or 4 years of similar experience.
2. Programming and office automation, seminars in civil proceedings and the new civil code, seminar in notary and registry law, seminar on legal sanitation of urban and rural properties.
3. Experiencie in Telecomunication Companies.
4. English is a must.
